This 30 minute practice is wonderful for any time of the day! It works on the whole body. It varies from deep stretching to back bending, core engaging, spine activating and all things legs and hips. As you open your body, your mind will follow. The breath will help unite it all together. Get ready for a juicy moving meditation.
