Class Description:
This 13 minute practice is designed to be your quick “pick me up” flow for the rushed mornings when you need to get going or when you’re feeling low, lethargic or drained half way through the work day.
This practice is my unique variation of Sun Salutations. It’s for charging up your batteries and bringing in a sense of readiness, vibrancy, balance and alertness in your day. With a regular practice of this flow, you’ll find that you won’t need to replenish your batteries as often.
