Class Description:
This 35 minute class is heavily focused on the lower body. It is designed to optimize hip mobility, open and stretch the hips, hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors and works the knees and ankles. It is a perfect recovery class after a hard leg workout.
Due to the nature of this class being low body focus, it will naturally feel grounding and will work on your first three Chakras or Energy Centers, Muladhara (Root), Svadhisthana (Sacral) and Manipuri (Solar Plexus).
